PDH's Thoughts
Just some more thoughts from PDH:
The Fall season is here. The leaves are beginning to change colors and soon will fall from the trees. I was thinking... This picture as a whole reminds me of our lives if we've been saved by God's grace. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. After we've given our hearts and lives to Jesus, the Bible tells us that the old things have passed away and behold all things become new. When we accept Jesus into our hearts, our lives begin to change from the inside out and people will see a newness in us. Just like the leaves fall from the trees, our old sinful ways will fall away. In the Spring, the green leaves will reappear with newness of life, and things in our lives change because of the newness of life in Christ. It's amazing how God uses nature to paint such beautiful life lessons.
