National Fine Arts Festival

Lisa and I are so proud of our students that participated at National Fine Arts Festival this year in Charlotte, NC. It's been 10 years since our church has been represented at the National level so we were very excited for these 8 students. Caleb, Olivia, Eli, Kaitie, DeWayne, Tommy, Hunter & Meghin gave the very first Large group human video performance at Nationals on Tuesday morning and received a "Superior" for their performance. Caleb & Olivia presented their American Sign Language Group performance on Wednesday morning and then were called back again on Thursday. They finished among the top 20! We had a wonderful time at Nationals and we're looking forward to Orlando '09!! We're so proud of each of our students for their willingness to use the gifts and talents God has blessed them with to bring glory to Him!!

Summer's Almost Over!

I hope everyone has enjoyed the summer break. It seems like it's almost gone before it even started. With moving this summer, Royal Family Kids' Camp and National Fine Arts Festival, the summer seems to have flown by. But, it's been good. Our prayers are with all of you as you prepare to return to school in just a couple weeks. Some of our college students have already returned to school and most will return in the days to come, even before school starts around here. Well, enjoy the remainder of your summer!
